Ekzercaro en Esperanto sen Fleksio --- Lessons in Esperanto sen Fleksio

The 'Ekzercaro' is a part of the 'Fundamento de Esperanto', which was first published in 1905 by the creator of the international language Esperanto, Dr. L. L. Zamenhof. It has progressively more difficult lessons in Esperanto, and the new vocabulary words are translated into French, English, German, Russian and Polish.

The 'Ekzercaro en Esperanto sen Fleksio' is an adaptation of the original Ekzercaro into the dialect Esperanto sen Fleksio. Speakers of standard Esperanto can use it to become accustomed to the dialect. People who do not know Esperanto may use it to learn Esperanto sen Fleksio.

Why learn the dialect Esperanto sen Fleksio? There are a number of possible reasons.

1. Learning a foreign language has an educational value--- it helps you improve your language usage in your own language. Esperanto has been the easiest foreign language to learn, but the Esperanto sen Fleksio dialect is even easier.

2. Some who try to learn Esperanto get stuck on certain difficulties, such as the accusative case or the use of a definite article. Esperanto sen Fleksio allows people to use Esperanto without mastering these difficult things.

3. Most people don't have a great deal of time to spend mastering an international language. People that DO have the time may use an Esperanto that is difficult for the average user to understand. Esperanto sen Fleksio encourages a simpler Esperanto that more people can understand.

4. Many who have criticized unnecessary difficulties in Esperanto end up authoring an Esperanto reform proposal such as Ido. Such proposals are never adopted by most Esperanto speakers. They have spent a lot of time learning Esperanto, they don't want to have to learn some new international language. Esperanto sen Fleksio is not a reform proposal, but a dialect that standard Esperanto speakers can understand.
